At Rehoboth Beach Bodywork, we combine our formal skills with a common sense approach to wellness. We believe that the healthiest & happiest bodies (and minds) are those that are strong, flexible, properly nourished, and as pain-free & stress-free as possible. Our goal is to help you achieve that balance through therapeutic massage, yoga & bodywork.
Massage & Yoga
Rehoboth Beach Bodywork now offers private (1 on 1) and small group (2 or 3) yoga classes.
Our yoga style combines various disciplines including Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Pranayama Yoga Breathing , to offer a basic Hatha Yoga practice. Typical sessions focus on the development of full body strength, flexibility, balance, and deep breathing.
Rehoboth Beach Bodywork is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach Delaware, right off of Route 1 (Costal Highway). RBB is less then a mile away from Dewey Beach and close to most other Delaware beaches.
