Professional Service
We maintain the highest standards of professional & ethical conduct in compliance with NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapuetic Massage & Bodywork).
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We will not reschedule No Shows. We also reserve the right to refuse rebooking to any person who has a history of caneling appointments.
Late
Please call or email us if you intend to be a few mintues late. Due to other standing appointments, we may only be able to provide service for the time left in your scheduled session.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to those who arrive more than 10 minutes late without notification.
