Rehoboth Beach Bodywork was started in 2008 by Jessica Perez-Beebe. In May 2010, Jessica expanded the Personal Training services she once offered through RBB by partnering with Troy Selph to start CrossFit Rehoboth.
Today, Rehoboth Beach Bodywork continues to offer therapuetic Massage services, as well as private and small group Yoga classes.
Jessica truly understands the needs of the total body. She is an expert in nutrition, massage, health, and exercise – benefiting her clients with a holistic approach to taking care of the body and mind alike. As someone who works in a very physical career, Jessica helped me get through job after job pain free and I am extremely grateful that I found such a talented, intelligent therapist to help me perform the best to my abilities.
