Meet Jessica
Jessica Perez-Beebe, Owner
Since 1995, Jessica has has had experience as a personal trainer, a chiropractic and physical therapy assistant, a massage therapist, and a massage instructor.
MASSAGE
“As a massage therapist my goal is to promote and enhance the quality of life by using therapeutic massage to assist in the body’s ability to heal and nurture itself. I have chosen massage as my main bodywork median because I know it works, both from observation and from experience. In 1995 I was injured in an automobile accident and as a result, I endured more than a year of neck and back pain. Finally, after exhausting every other therapy, I discovered massage and immediately realized the possibility of healing. Through that healing I developed a keen interest in health and human anatomy, and throughout college I held part-time jobs as a personal trainer and a chiropractic/physical therapy assistant. In 2007, I taught Anatomy, Pathology, and Clinical Massage at Harris School.”
YOGA
“Yoga was really my first introduction to conscious health & fitness. Even before I discovered my affinity for weight lifting, I attended my my first yoga class on the first floor of an apartment building in my Wilmington neighborhood. That was in 1994. Since then I have studied under masterful teachers in the U.S. and abroad, and have practiced several disciplines including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa. As a student of yoga, I have benefited both physically and mentally (even spiritually) in ways that I believe have made me a better person. I have found that when I practice yoga regularly I simply feel more balanced, and that is the feeling that I intend for my clients.”

Jessica is also a Certified Personal Trainer & CrossFit coach. She co-owns CrossFit Rehoboth, a community gym, also in Rehoboth Beach.
