Professional Service
We maintain the highest standards of professional & ethical conduct in compliance with NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapuetic Massage & Bodywork).
Arrival / Lateness / Cancellations
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for proper intake, including paperwork and discussion. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your appointment, you will only receive the remainder of your scheduled session.
12 hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed the full amount.
Conduct
Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival. No third parties shall be allowed on the premises without the prior consent of RBB.
Any sexual advances towards staff, therapists, or other clients are strictly prohibited and shall result in termination of your services without refund, and possible report to legal authorities.
Attire
Massage – you may choose to wear undergarments or not during your session, as you will always be fully covered/draped by sheets and blankets.
During Sports or Corrective massage you may be asked to wear shorts or sports bras.
Thai Massage – loose, comfortable clothing. Long pants and short sleeve shirts are preferable. Shoes and socks are not worn during the session.Shower Use
Bath towels, robes, wash cloths, shampoo, soap, and body lotion are provided for your convenience. Various other toiletries may be available for your use; however, you should bring any specific items you require with you. Hair dryers are not provided.
