One-on-one & Small Group
Jessica’s Yoga style combines various disciplines including Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Pranayama Yoga Breathing , to offer a basic Hatha Yoga practice. Typical sessions focus on the development of full body strength, flexibility, balance, and deep breathing.
While sessions always begin and end with breathing & relaxation, most of the class will follow a steady Vinyasa Yoga flow, sometimes referred to as power yoga.
Accommodations are readily made for beginners, or those who prefer a gentler form of yoga.

Partner/couples – $40
Semi-private (3) – $30
Beach sessions are available in the Summer & Fall
*Jessica’s integrative instruction is based on her personal yoga practice, including her studies under masterful yoga instructors over the past 15 years, coupled with her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, as well as her personal training studies and experience. Jessica does not have an additional yoga certification.
